Registration Fees:
$99 Special rate for Caritas Clinicians and Tufts University School of Medicine Affiliated providers.
$125 Early registration, ends March 16, 2007
$160 Late registration, starts March 17, 2007
Tufts Health Care Institute will confirm registration upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of conference registration must be requested in writing and postmarked or emailed to thci@thci.org no later than March 30, 2007. Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee per registrant, will be issued. Cancellation / refund requests will not be granted after March 30, 2007. Registrants who do not cancel by March 30, 2007 and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee.

There is no penalty for substituting one attendee for another at any time. Registration substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant (via mail or email at thci@thci.org).

In the unlikely event that THCI cancels the conference, registration fees will be refunded.
