Amy Rosenstein is the Deputy Director of Programs and Administration of Tufts Health Care Institute (THCI). Ms. Rosenstein directs the daily operations of THCI/OCE, including oversight and accountability for operations, program execution, and maintenance of accreditation. 

Ms. Rosenstein has more than 15 years of health care, policy development, program management and consulting experience.  Most recently, she was a senior consultant at Policy Studies Inc., where she planned, implemented and operated a training institute for local public health practitioners around Massachusetts.  Prior to that, she directed a collaborative initiative with health plans and public health departments focused on quality improvements.  She also has more than 10 years experience at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in network development and management.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Yale University.
